Position :- Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective lead generation.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends,



platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- use of AI tools, claude are added advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, and UTM tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
