Key Responsibilities

· Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.

· Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and conversions.

· Perform audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

· Use AI tools for ad creatives, copywriting, audience insights, and campaign optimization.

· Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (basic).

· Generate daily/weekly performance reports and provide actionable insights.

· Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.

· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram Ads.

· Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

· Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar.

· Robust analytical and communication skills.

· Basic understanding of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
