Aaron Fashions LLP is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. If you have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms and are passionate about driving measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages




- Work closely with the design and content teams to improve ad performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking
- Experience with e-commerce or retail marketing is preferred
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
