Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to design, execute, and scale high-conversion lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and partner channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing, specifically targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), luxury homebuyers, and NRI investors for premium ticket sizes (2 Cr to 6 Cr).

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Multi-Channel Management: Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Budget Optimization: Efficiently allocate and manage performance marketing budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive revenue growth.

2. Audience Targeting & Segmentation

- Persona Development: Build and scale accurate buyer personas targeting HNIs, luxury homebuyers, corporate leaders, and seasoned real estate investors.
- Advanced Segmentation: Utilize demographic, interest-based, and intent-driven audience segmentation tailored to high-ticket property purchases (2 Cr 6 Cr).

3. Lead Quality & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Cost Efficiency: Continuously optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) while enforcing strict filters to ensure high lead intent and sales-qualification rates.
- Landing Page Strategy: Collaborate closely with internal design and content teams to build, test,



and optimize high-converting, mobile-responsive landing pages.

4. CRM Alignment & Marketing Analytics

- Funnel Integration: Partner with sales and CRM teams to monitor the lead-to-conversion pipeline, set up automated lead-nurturing workflows, and track closed revenue.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Configure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and custom conversion setups.

Essential Requirements

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience running performance marketing and lead generation campaigns specifically within the Real Estate sector.
- Market Familiarity: In-depth knowledge of Delhi-NCR real estate market dynamics, ultra-luxury residential positioning, and NRI buyer behavior.
- Technical Mastery: Expert, daily hands-on experience operating Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboard.
- Analytics & Attribution: Deep proficiency in conversion tracking setups, pixel implementation, attribution modeling, and systematic A/B testing.
- Preferred Certifications: Google Ads Certifications or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Professional credentials.
