About the Role

Yellow Slate is looking for a passionate and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our Growth & Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and engaging with clients to improve marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Visit partner schools and clients to collect feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.




- Coordinate with internal teams to implement campaign improvements based on client feedback.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign insights and client interactions.
- Travel for client meetings and business requirements whenever necessary.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Work Model

- Hybrid
- Internship Duration: 3 Months
- Local client visits will be required based on business needs.
- Travel expenses for official client visits will be reimbursed by the company.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
