We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Leader to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and presentations to communicate marketing performance.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
