- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns
- Good understanding of campaign metrics such as ROI, CPL, CPA, ROAS , etc.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive mindset with a robust focus on achieving business goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to test, optimize, and scale campaigns effectively
