Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2.5 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and capable of generating quality leads while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve overall campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event setup.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
