Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paid Ads Expert role based in Recent Delhi.

The Paid Ads

Expert will plan, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks to meet client performance objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword and audience research, creating and refining ad copy and creatives, managing budgets and bids, and monitoring campaign performance in real time. The role involves analyzing data, preparing performance reports, recommending improvements, and collaborating with account managers, designers, and content specialists to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

The Paid Ads

Expert will also stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and industry trends to ensure clients receive high-impact, compliant,



and cost-effective campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other PPC networks.
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, keyword and audience research, bid management, and budget optimization.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards) to interpret data and improve performance.
- Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and collaborate on creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable results.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior agency experience and exposure to international markets (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, North America, UAE) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Pay: ₹9,943.82 - ₹33,732.84 per month
