We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently set up, manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns. You will own complete campaign execution and client handling for assigned accounts — from onboarding, reporting to monthly management.

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month depending on experience

Responsibilities

- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) — Lead Gen, D2C & Sales objectives

- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube
- Install and verify Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager & GA4 on client websites
- Set up and optimize Lead Generation campaigns using Instant Forms and WhatsApp destination
- Run D2C and Sales campaigns with a focus on ROAS and Conversion Rate (CR) optimization
- Monitor all active campaigns daily — spend, leads, ROAS, CTR, CPL and delivery
- Track and improve lead quality — not just lead volume — in coordination with the client
- Handle complete client communication for assigned accounts
- Onboard new clients — collect briefs, access, assets and set clear expectations




- Proactively update clients on campaign performance without waiting for them to ask
- Handle client concerns and performance objections with data and transparent reasoning
- Send weekly performance snapshot to every active client every Monday
- Submit detailed monthly performance report per client by 3rd of each month
- Update internal Google Sheet with campaign metrics and task status daily
- Brief the design team on ad creatives — concept, size, copy and references
- Coordinate with the social media team for content needed for ad campaigns
- Notify manager of any account issues, budget concerns or client escalations same day

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Have 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads

- Have worked directly with clients and managed their accounts end to end
- Understand pixel setup, event tracking and conversion API implementation
- Have experience with D2C brands and ROAS-focused campaigns
- Are data-driven — you optimize based on numbers, not gut feeling
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in English and Hindi
- Are organized, deadline-driven and do not need to be followed up
- Can manage 8–12 client accounts simultaneously
