Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2.5 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and capable of generating quality leads while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage campaign budgets and improve overall campaign performance.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

Track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.





Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event setup.

Understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.

Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
