Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across lead-gen, traffic, and conversion objectives

- Set up and manage campaigns in Ads Manager, including objectives, ad set structure, budgets, audiences, and creatives

- Monitor campaign performance daily and take immediate action to optimise results

- Manage and allocate budgets; scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones

- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, hooks, and messaging

- Track and analyse key metrics: CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate

- Build and refine lead-generation funnels using audience segmentation, Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and retargeting

- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to deliver performance-driven creative briefs and feedback

- Track leads through to the sales team and align on lead quality and conversion insights

- Conduct competitor advertising research to refine messaging and positioning





- Support landing-page and funnel optimisation efforts

- Prepare clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign objectives, audience targeting, ad set structuring, and conversion tracking

- Experience with paid lead-generation campaigns and understanding of lead quality metrics

- Strong grasp of key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate

- Ability to interpret data and drive decisions, not just report numbers

- Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting

- Understanding of creative performance elements: hooks, headlines, CTAs, static vs video, and creative fatigue

- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and Google Tag Manager basics

- Experience in campaign optimisation, budget management, and A/B testing

- Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement

- Basic understanding of Google Ads (Search campaigns, keyword research, negative keywords, ad copy, CPC optimisation)

- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for ad copy ideation, competitor analysis, and research

- Real-estate or PropTech industry exposure is a plus

- Must-have: Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign metrics, paid lead-gen, Excel/Google Sheets, campaign optimisation, analytical mindset.

During the 3-month probation period, the stipend will be in the range of ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on the candidate's interview performance and overall evaluation. Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates may be offered a full time role with a CTC of ₹3 LPA or above, based on their performance.
