Role Description The Junior Performance Marketing Executive will manage and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and other performance platforms to drive measurable ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing strategies, conducting audience and market analysis, managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and preparing performance reports.

The role involves close collaboration with creative, branding, and tech teams to develop compelling campaign assets, refine messaging, and test new approaches for better conversion rates.

The Performance Marketing

Executive will also be responsible for A/B testing, funnel optimization, and continuous improvement of campaign performance based on data insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Solid market planning and marketing skills, including campaign strategy, channel selection, and budget allocation.
- Ability to perform market research and analyze audience behavior, competitive landscapes,



and performance data.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting insights, and coordinating with clients.
- Understanding of sales and conversion funnels, with the ability to align performance marketing efforts to revenue goals.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in performance marketing within an agency or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, creative, and results-oriented setting.
