As we continue to grow across D2C, marketplaces and offline retail, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can help us build and scale our digital customer acquisition.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who understands paid advertising, campaign optimization and digital analytics.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign reporting, creative testing and performance analysis , while being focused on driving measurable business results.

You will work closely with the marketing, creative and e-commerce teams to plan, execute and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads .
- Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and optimize budgets, audiences, placements and bidding.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and Conversion Rate .
- Manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities proactively.

Campaign & Creative Testing

- Coordinate with the creative team to develop performance-driven ad creatives.
- Test different:
- Ad copies
- Headlines
- Hooks
- Creatives
- Videos/Reels
- Audiences
- Offers
- Landing pages
- Analyse creative performance and identify winning concepts.




- Maintain a structured testing and learning process.

Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports .
- Analyse campaign and product-level performance.
- Track spend, revenue, purchases, ROAS and customer acquisition costs.
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work with the team to ensure accurate tracking of leads, purchases and revenue.

D2C & E-commerce

- Support performance marketing for Köche's D2C website and marketplace channels .
- Work with the e-commerce team to improve traffic and conversion.
- Analyse the customer journey from ad → landing page → product page → cart → purchase .
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Track performance across different products and campaigns.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- Strong understanding of paid digital advertising and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and Conversion Rate .
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 is preferred.
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking and pixels.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
