Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta for various ad goals.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better lead quality and lower cost per lead.

- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently.

- Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

- Coordinate with the design and content team for new ad creatives, landing page designs etc.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in the digital marketing and yoga industry.

- Work closely with the sales team to maximize sales conversion rates.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Experience in all types of ad campaigns - lead generation, sales etc.

- Robust analytical and excel skills

- Understanding of sales funnel and conversion tracking

- Good communication and coordination skills
