Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

Drive paid user acquisition and app installs.

Monitor CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics.

Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.

Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with creative and product teams for performance optimization.

key Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

Experience in mobile app marketing and paid acquisition.

Good understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV & retention.

Solid analytical and data-driven approach.

Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.

Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar tools.

Knowledge of ASO & organic app growth.

Experience with mobile apps, e-commerce, or gaming products.

Knowledge of creative testing and performance marketing strategies.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
