What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and media plans for primarily B2B clients.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, X, Quora, Native ads, and more.
- Execute campaigns with hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Conduct keyword and audience research for multiple industry verticals.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on objectives—Leads, Revenue, Website Traffic, App Installs, Awareness, etc.
- Explore new and emerging ad platforms to drive client growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights against KPIs.
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly performance reports as per client needs.
- Come up with innovative ad copy ideas to craft innovative marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in performance marketing roles, building multi-channel strategies including PPC, social media & affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
