About the role We are looking for a data-driven Senior Associate Performance Marketing (App Marketing) professional to drive app installs, subscriptions, and user growth for Horocosmo, our AI-powered, mobile-first astrology app. This is a dedicated App Marketing role.

Key indicators

1. Paid Marketing & Campaign Execution

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC) and Meta Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies,



and audience targeting
- Coordinate with external agencies for campaign scaling

2. Growth & Acquisition

- Drive app installs and subscription sign-ups
- Identify and scale high-performing channels
- Achieve minimum 15% month-on-month growth

3. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

- Optimize landing pages and funnels
- Improve conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS
- Run A/B testing on creatives and messaging

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track metrics like ROAS, CAC, CPI, and revenue
- Build dashboards and share weekly reports
- Derive insights for growth

5. Tools & Technology

- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio
- Firebase, AppsFlyer, Branch
- CRM tools like HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, AdCreative.ai, Midjourney

What we’re looking for?

- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on App Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of paid funnels and metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPI).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with attribution tools and ASO.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience using AI tools.
