Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have expertise in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Create audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaign profitability.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
1. 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
3. Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
4. Experience with Meta Pixel and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
5. Understanding of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
7. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
