What you'll own

Full ownership of Meta Ads campaign strategy, structure (ABO/CBO/Advantage+), audiences, creative testing, scaling

Full ownership of Google Ads, Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping & YouTube campaigns

Pixel, CAPI & GA4 setup, conversion tracking and attribution hygiene

Daily optimization: budgets, bids, creative rotation, landing page performance

ROAS/CAC-focused reporting, weekly dashboards with transparent insights, not just numbers

Working with our creative team on ad hooks, briefs & iteration based on data





Staying compliant with Meta's health/wellness ad policies (we're a pain relief brand — you should know how to write copy that doesn't get flagged) What we need from you:

2–4 years hands-on experience running Meta + Google ads (D2C/ecommerce preferred)

Core, up-to-date knowledge of both platforms: Advantage+ shopping, PMax behavior, YouTube ad formats, latest algorithm/policy changes

AI-savvy: you use AI tools for copy, analysis & creative ideation

Strong analytical skills: GA4, Ads Manager, Sheets
