Job Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve campaign goals.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

- Experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.




- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or service industry will be an added advantage.

Job Details

- Location: Rajpura, Patiala
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM -6:30 PM)
- Salary: Up to 40,000 in-hand (As per experience)
