Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days) + 2 Alternate Saturdays

We're looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, lead generation, and maximizing campaign performance, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Track conversions using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
