Skills-

- Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics.

- Key Responsibilities....

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and ROI.

- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROAS.

- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance.

- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copies, banners, videos,



and landing pages.

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.

- Develop performance dashboards and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

- Optimize conversion funnels to improve lead generation and online sales.

- Coordinate with SEO, content, social media, and e-commerce teams to achieve overall marketing objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities through new advertising channels, audience segments, and campaign strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
