People Strategy Intern - Employee Value Proposition (EVP) - Bengaluru

Location: Bengaluru

Duration: 3 Months

Team: Internal Communications, People Team

Responsibilities

- Research Employee Listening: Conduct structured one-on-one interviews with identified employees across functions and geographies.

- Facilitate focus group discussions with high performers, promoters, and key talent segments.

- Build rapport with employees and create an environment for authentic conversations.

- Capture qualitative insights through structured notes and documentation.

- Insight Generation: Analyse interview and focus group data to identify recurring themes, patterns, and employee sentiments.

- Validate emerging EVP themes against existing research and leadership hypotheses.

- Translate qualitative feedback into meaningful, actionable insights.

- Storytelling Recommendations: Structure findings into executive-ready presentations.

- Develop thematic frameworks and employee personas where relevant.

- Integrate findings into the pillars supported by employee evidence.

- Design a phased rollout and activation plan for embedding the EVP across the employee lifecycle.

- Project Management:



Coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.

- Track project milestones and maintain research documentation.

- Present progress updates to the Internal Communications Team.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (HR), Master in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Communications, or a related field.

- Curious about organizational culture, employee experience, and employer branding.

- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and employees across levels.

- An excellent listener with strong interviewing and facilitation skills.

- Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize qualitative data into explicit themes.

- Exceptional at PowerPoint storytelling and presenting insights visually.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
