Title: Pega Lead Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Exp: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, and skill-based routing.
- Design application architecture, class structures, data models, indexing strategies, and reporting solutions.
- Develop reusable components by leveraging Ruleset hierarchy and Pega best practices.
- Integrate Pega applications with databases and external systems using SOAP, REST, JMS, and MQ.
- Ensure application security through Access Groups, Roles, and Privileges.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain Guardrail compliance using AES and SMA tools.
- Develop and optimize UI components and reporting features.
- Implement Decision Management capabilities within Pega applications.
- Develop integrations using SOAP/HTTP Connectors, Services, Listeners, Batch Processes, and Agents.
- Participate in deployment activities across multiple environments.
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and collaborate with multiple Scrum teams.
- Independently manage client interactions and provide technical guidance.
- Lead and mentor development teams while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Handle project metrics, issue resolution, and high-pressure delivery situations.
