We are looking for a skilled Pega RPA Developer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using Pega Robotics. The candidate should be capable of independently delivering high-quality automation solutions while working in a distributed onsite-offshore model.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 4–5 years of experience in software development
· 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Pega Robotics (OpenSpan / RPA / RDA)
· Strong experience in:
o Pega Robotics Studio configuration and maintenance o Robotics infrastructure setup and support o Windows and Web adapter-based automation development
· Proficiency in C# programming
· Ability to design solutions and execute tasks independently
· Robust debugging and problem-solving skills
· Good communication and collaboration skills
Additional Requirements:
· Experience working in onsite-offshore engagement models
· Flexibility to overlap with onsite/client working hours
· Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage deliverables independently
Preferred (Optional):
· Exposure to Pega BPM / PRPC integration with Robotics
· Experience in enterprise-scale automation initiatives
