Applications are invited from qualified, passionate, and training oriented persons for the positions of PDP & Soft Skills Trainer. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing the training activites in the above mentioned domain at the university

.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programmes on PDP $ Soft Skills for university students.
- Conduct sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, leadership, teamwork, time management and problem-solving.
- Assess students training needs and customize sessions according to their academic, professional, and career-development requirements.
- Support students in developing confidence, skilled etiquette, personality, and workplace readiness.
- Design and maintain training materials, activities, assessments, and session plans.
- Keep updated with current industry expectations, employability skills, and professional-development practices.
- Contribute to the overall development of students in alignment with the academic and employability objectives of the university.

Required Qualifications:





- Masters degree in English from a recognized university. Ph.D is preferable.
- Relevant certification or training in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Communication Skills, or Training & Development will be preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in conducting PDP, soft skills, personality development, communication skills, or employability training, preferably in a university or higher-education institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of English language, professional communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation techniques.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Meet/Zoom, and other digital training tools.
- Candidates with experience in Training & Placement, corporate training in higher educational institutions will be preferred.
