- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of salary processing, attendance, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling employee queries related to payroll.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and other payroll-related regulations.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates with 13 years of relevant payroll experience will be preferred.
