About the job

Skydo is looking for a Payment Operations Associate to support payment processing, reconciliations, and operational excellence across domestic and international banking partners.

What you will do:

- Daily Payment Operations:

1. Diligently execute Ops SOPs: Payment processing, invoicing, tracking, documentation, and forex conversion operations with various bank partners, ensuring timely payment flow and SLA adherence.
2. Manage and resolve operations tickets within defined SLAs with diligence and a customer-first approach.
3. Coordinate with customer-facing and compliance teams to manage customer escalations and resolve tickets and customer dependencies.

- Reconciliation and Reporting:

1. Maintain and enhance existing SQL dashboards by making modifications as required, and develop new dashboards when needed.
2. Support and improve automated reconciliation processes for foreign and Indian banking partners.
3.



Generate and publish daily reports and keep track of KPIs for all banking partners and customer cohorts.
4. Present periodic performance insights and drive accountability through data-driven reporting.

- Analysis, Strategy and Process Improvement:

1. Analyse the transaction data to identify trends, recurring issues and operational risks
2. Recommend and implement process improvements and automations to reduce error and turnaround time.

You’re a good fit if you have:

- 2–4 years of work experience in a skilled operations environment.
- A highly ethical, values-driven, proactive, growth-oriented, and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and responsible, with the ability to manage the timely execution of high-value payments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, own, and improve operational metrics. Experience with SQL is required, along with the ability to work with internal and external partners to drive operational performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Hindi.
- Diligence, process orientation, and understanding of process linkage to KPIs
