We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Indian payroll processing, statutory compliances, and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in monthly payroll processing
- Maintain employee attendance and salary records
- Support compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare payroll reports and documentation
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll-related activities
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of payroll experience
- Basic knowledge of Indian payroll, labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT & TDS
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
