Job Summary

Amend Dental Centre is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Relation Executive to join our team at our Edappal branch. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience by assisting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients with appointments and treatment coordination.
- Explain treatment plans and address patient queries.
- Follow up with patients before and after treatment.
- Coordinate with doctors and the front office to ensure seamless patient care.




- Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely communication.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient Relations, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid patient counseling and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.
- Experience in a dental clinic or hospital is preferred.
