Job Summary

We are looking for a Bakery Commis to support the bakery team in preparing fresh baked goods. The candidate should be passionate about baking, follow recipes carefully, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing bakery items like bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts

- Follow recipes, measurements, and baking techniques accurately

- Support senior chefs in daily bakery operations

- Prepare ingredients such as mixing, weighing, and portioning

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section

- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products

- Help in decorating and finishing bakery items when required

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry section

- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment

- Willingness to learn and grow in the bakery field

- Team player with a positive attitude
