Job Title: Pastry Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to prepare a wide variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
- Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision.
- Ensure all baked products are fresh, visually appealing, and consistently high in quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff when required.
- Manage production schedules to meet customer and business demands.
- Minimize food waste and control production costs.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Baking,



or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, dessert preparation, and cake decoration.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for pastry and dessert making.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
