Parts Manager The Parts Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts Department. In this position you are responsible to lead a good working workplace that builds long-term customer relationships by filling parts demand and managing inventory to deliver a respectable return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional work environment
- Development and execution of a profitable business plan and budget
- Management and maintenance of parts inventory
- Management of warranty parts storage and returns
- Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 5 years auto parts experience PREFERRED
- As least 2 years Auto Part Manager experience PREFERRED
- Leadership and team building experience
- A proven track record of success in parts
- ADP DMS is a PLUS!
- Toyota experience is a PLUS!
- Planning and organizational skills to build your business
