Key Responsibilities -

- Manage spare parts distribution, availability, and order fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for timely availability of required parts.

- Identify parts accurately using part numbers, specifications, models, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with customers, sales, service, warehouse, procurement, and suppliers for parts requirements.

- Coordinate warehouse activities including picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Process and verify customer orders for accuracy and timely execution.

- Track pending, urgent, and backordered parts and follow up for timely delivery.

- Maintain records of orders, inventory, dispatches, and pending requirements.

- Support stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and stock control activities.

- Resolve issues related to parts availability, identification, quantity, and order fulfillment.

- Provide customers and internal teams with regular order status and delivery updates.

- Identify opportunities to improve inventory availability, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Role & responsibilities
