Role & responsibilities

- Handle GRN processing and material receiving accurately.

- Manage inward and outward material movements and dispatch operations.

- Update and maintain inventory transactions in SAP/WMS.

- Conduct physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.

- Ensure accurate inventory records and timely system updates.

- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth material movement.

- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and system processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.

- 14 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or material handling.

- Hands-on experience in GRN, material receiving, dispatch, stock reconciliation, and physical verification.

- Basic knowledge of SAP/WMS and inventory transactions.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy in inward/outward material processing.

- Positive coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to follow warehouse processes, safety standards, and system procedures.
