**Hiring for Passive Project Manager - Aurangabad.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage passive infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for fiber optic installations.
- Conduct site surveys to identify existing infrastructure and develop detailed designs for recent installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of structured cabling solutions.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and structured cabling infrastructure.
- Experience in installation and termination of CAT6, CAT6A, Fiber Optic, Coaxial, and power cabling.




- Good understanding of LAN infrastructure, network racks, patch panels, and cable management systems.
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA) and industry best practices.
- Experience with cable tray, conduit, trunking, and GI pipe installation.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, HLDs, LLDs, BOQs, and project layouts.
- Familiarity with cable testing tools such as Fluke Cable Analyzer, OTDR, Fiber Power Meter, and cable certification equipment.
- Knowledge of EHS requirements and site safety regulations.
