Job Role: Field Operations Executive – Partner Operations

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Operations Executive to help Movara build and manage its driver/partner network in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities

Visit and onboard drivers/vehicle partners in the assigned area.

Explain Movara's services, earning opportunities, and onboarding process to potential partners.

Verify required partner documents and registration details.

Coordinate with drivers/partners through phone and WhatsApp.

Help partners understand the Movara platform and operating procedures.

Maintain daily records of onboarded and active partners.

Follow up with registered partners and encourage activation.

Collect market feedback about customers, drivers, competitors, and local transportation needs.

Support local promotional and field activities.

Resolve basic partner queries and coordinate with the management team.

Achieve daily and monthly onboarding/activation targets.





Maintain professional relationships with drivers and local partners.

Eligibility

12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Freshers can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field work and meeting people.

Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

Knowledge of Bhubaneswar/local areas is an advantage.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
