Role Description The Part-Time SAP / Tally / Zoho Books Tutor at Avodha will deliver structured, in-person training sessions to students at the Hyderabad campus. The tutor will explain core concepts, workflows, and practical use cases of SAP, Tally, and Zoho Books, and demonstrate how these tools are applied in real accounting and business scenarios.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive classes, guiding learners through hands-on exercises, and assessing their progress through assignments or practical tests. The tutor will provide individual support to learners who need additional clarification, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance,



and collaborate with the academic team to improve course materials. This is a part-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, requiring availability for scheduled classes on weekdays and/or weekends.

Qualifications

- Strong practical knowledge of SAP (relevant modules), Tally, and Zoho Books, with the ability to teach core features and workflows clearly.
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance basics, such as ledgers, invoices, taxation, and financial reporting, to contextualize software training.
- Effective teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Good communication skills in English and at least one local/regional language; ability to teach in vernacular/mother-tongue is highly preferred.
- Prior experience as a trainer, tutor, or corporate instructor in ERP, accounting software, or related domains is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Comfort with using digital tools for teaching (presentations, learning management systems, and online resources) and updating course content as needed.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, patience, and commitment to helping learners become job-ready through practical, skill-based training.
