Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delinea Developer to design, implement, customize, integrate, and support Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing Delinea platforms including Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Connection Manager, and related PAM components, while integrating them with enterprise applications, directories, cloud platforms, and security tools.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PAM technologies, scripting, automation, privileged account onboarding, RBAC implementation, and enterprise security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

PAM Solution Development & Implementation

- Design, deploy, configure, and support Delinea PAM solutions.
- Implement Delinea Secret Server for credential vaulting and privileged access management.
- Configure Connection Manager and Privilege Manager solutions.
- Develop and customize workflows, templates, secret policies, and access controls.
- Configure password rotation policies and account lifecycle processes.

Integration & Automation

- Integrate Delinea with:

- Active Directory

- Entra ID (Azure AD)

- LDAP

- ServiceNow

- CyberArk (migration scenarios)
- SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar)

- MFA solutions

- Develop custom integrations using

- REST APIs

- PowerShell

- Python
- C#




- Automate privileged account onboarding and offboarding processes.

Engineering & Operations

- Manage privileged account discoveries and onboarding.
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Configure privileged session management and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct platform upgrades, patching, migration, and health checks.

Security & Compliance

- Ensure PAM implementation aligns with:

- Zero Trust principles

- Least Privilege model

- Regulatory compliance requirements
- Support audit activities and compliance reporting.
- Develop security standards and operational procedures.

Documentation & Support

- Create technical design documents, implementation guides, and SOPs.
- Participate in UAT and production deployment activities.
- Provide L3 support and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with IAM, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
