Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Media Specialist. The Specialist will design, plan, and execute effective paid media strategies across platforms, including search engines and social media.

Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads

Define and work with ICP for each campaign

Analyze user behavior across ads, landing pages, and funnels

Optimize campaigns based on conversion data, not just traffic

Apply CRO principles to improve landing page and funnel performance





Coordinate with design and content teams on ad creatives and landing pages

Track and optimize conversions using GA4, GTM, pixels, and events

Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages

Monitor budgets, performance, and scalability

Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations Qualifications

Experience in Media Planning and New Media strategies

Robust Communication skills and proficiency in crafting persuasive messaging

Background in Marketing and understanding of branding principles

Research skills to stay updated on trends and analyze market data effectively

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising

Exceptional attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities

Proficiency in analytics tools, budget management, and report generation

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Knowledge of AI and digital transformation is a plus

Willingness to support US Customer - Shift Timing - 8 PM IST to 4 AM IST
