A Digital Marketing agency is hiring for the profile of Paid Media Manager.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3-6 years

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- Have hands knowledge on Google, Meta and Linkedin Ads
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Knowledge of Media Planning and Media Buying (suggesting relevant networks, platforms as per the client product line) Should have existing relationships in the market
- Working on media pitches inclusive of decoding the brief, strategy input and presentation making skills
- Campaign tracking, competition mapping,sharing insights and recommendations
- Maintain and develop relationships across the roster of clients
- Ability to present the data and handle client queries ,should have good communication skills
- Lead creative development and create engaging stimulus to get targeted population to take action




- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactic
