Role & responsibilities:
Support the Benefit Implementation process by analyzing received from Sales, Benefit Sales, and Implementation team to determine benefit setup needs for new clients, existing clients, and/or PEO software.
- Configure and create benefit plans within Prism (HRIS) for current and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure quality assurance of benefit configurations and maintain data integrity across systems.
(ClientSpace), ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally, including routing and distribution as appropriate.
•Support implementation efforts by pulling reports and creating benefit implementation collateral as needed.
