Role & responsibilities

- Set up and prepare packing machines for operation, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in proper working condition.

- Monitor and operate packing machines during the packaging process to ensure products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and according to company guidelines.

- Adjust machine settings, such as speed and temperature, to ensure optimal performance and quality of packaging.

- Check and verify the quality of packaging materials, including labels, seals, and other components, to ensure they meet specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of packing machinery, including troubleshooting and minor repairs, to ensure continuous operation.

- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during machine operation, and identify and report any safety hazards or concerns.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packaging materials, such as boxes,



labels, and film, and notify supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.

- Collaborate with other team members, such as production supervisors and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations.

- Complete production and quality control documentation, including recording machine settings, production quantities, and any deviations from standards.

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality control, and sanitation.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a packing operator experience.

- Solid commitment to workplace health, safety, and well-being.

- Ability to produce detailed, data-driven reports.
