Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily packing operations and allocate work to packing staff.

- Ensure products are packed as per customer specifications and company standards.

- Verify product quantity, quality, labels, and packing before dispatch.

- Ensure correct packing materials are used to prevent product damage during transportation.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Dispatch teams for timely order completion.

- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure on-time shipment readiness.

- Maintain packing records, dispatch registers, and inventory of packing materials.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, 5S, and housekeeping standards in the packing area.

- Train and guide packing personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Identify and resolve packing-related issues to improve efficiency and reduce losses.

- Monitor manpower productivity and recommend process improvements.

- Report daily packing and dispatch status to management.
