We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Packing Incharge to oversee the final packaging stage of our garment production. You will manage the packing team, ensure all items meet strict quality control standards, and guarantee timely dispatch. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of garment packaging specifications, export standards, and team leadership.

- Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the packing department staff to meet daily output targets.

- Quality Control: Inspect finished garments for correct folding, tagging, labeling, and poly-bagging according to buyer specifications.

- Inventory Control: Track packing materials (boxes, poly-bags, hangers, barcodes) and request stock before shortages occur.

- Carton Enforcement: Oversee carton packing, assortment matching, and accurate gross/net weight measurements.

- Documentation: Maintain daily packing lists, measurement sheets, and final shipment reports for management.

- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the packing floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
