Role Description The Packaging Development Manager (Luxury Packaging) will lead the end-to-end development of premium packaging solutions for Vitalpro’s food and confectionery brands, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics, product protection, and consumer experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Current Delhi and involves collaborating closely with product development, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing teams to design and implement innovative luxury packaging that reflects the company’s vision.

Day-to-day responsibilities include translating brand concepts into packaging specifications, managing vendor partnerships, overseeing prototyping and testing, and optimizing materials and structures for quality, sustainability, and cost efficiency. The role also includes monitoring market trends,



conducting technical and material research, and ensuring that all packaging complies with food safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

The Packaging Development

Manager will support continuous improvement across the packaging lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design for luxury, food, or confectionery products.
- Demonstrated capabilities in Sustainable Packaging, including materials selection and eco-conscious design principles.
- Experience in Food Packaging with knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements, and shelf-life considerations.
- Hands-on involvement in Research and Development (R&D;) related to new packaging formats, materials, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven track record managing packaging projects from concept to launch, ideally in premium or luxury segments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design and packaging software, and familiarity with quality control and testing methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and timelines.
- Prior experience in FMCG, F&B;, confectionery, or hospitality packaging is highly advantageous.
