Role Description The Owner role at Sans America INC. is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role oversees overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and daily decision-making to ensure sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include setting company goals, monitoring performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Owner leads key client relationships, negotiates major contracts, and guides business development initiatives. This role also involves building and mentoring the team, establishing operational processes, and maintaining a positive, ethical work environment.

- Strong leadership and people management abilities to guide teams, delegate responsibilities, and support professional development.

- Business strategy and planning skills, including experience with goal setting, market analysis, and long-term growth initiatives.

- Financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, cost control, and basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting.

- Operational management skills, including process improvement, resource allocation, and compliance with local regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, partners, and vendors.

- Proven experience in owning, managing, or leading a business or business unit, preferably in a similar industry.

- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and commit to full-time responsibilities with a high level of integrity and accountability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant entrepreneurial or leadership experience is highly valued.
