Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and goals.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and resources, supervising staff and partners, and maintaining high standards of service and stakeholder engagement. The Owner will also build relationships with external partners, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across all functional areas.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in leadership, business ownership, or senior management roles, with accountability for operations and strategic planning.
- Solid skills in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.




- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, students, partners, and community members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in or with educational institutions or community-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
