Role Description The Overseas Education Counselor (Freshers) internship at LaunchED Global is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. Interns will support prospective students in exploring and selecting suitable overseas education options, including programs, universities, and destinations.

Daily tasks include conducting initial counseling sessions, sharing accurate information about admission requirements, application timelines, and scholarships, and assisting with documentation and application processes. The counselor will coordinate with internal teams to schedule student consultations, maintain records,



and follow up on queries via email, phone, and in-person meetings. This internship also involves participating in workshops, information sessions, and outreach activities to promote study-abroad opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Educational Consulting and Education-related services.
- Ability to provide supportive Student Counseling and Career Counseling to individuals exploring overseas study options.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English.
- Relevant academic background in education, counseling, psychology, business, or related fields (students and recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Customer-focused mindset, with empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse student profiles.
- Organizational skills for handling multiple inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and meeting application deadlines.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative setting in Bengaluru, with readiness to learn from training and mentorship.
- Basic familiarity with global education systems and study-abroad processes is an advantage, but not mandatory.
